The HeatBox is a South African e-commerce business selling self-heating lunch boxes. Our website is theheatbox.co.za.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a refund will be issued.

3. Shipping

We ship within South Africa via Aramex Store-to-Door. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Delivery usually takes 8-11 business days to most major urban areas, with remote areas sometimes taking 1-2 business days longer. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, support for defective or damaged units, and change-of-mind returns within 7 days when the unit is unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

5. Product Use

Our self-heating lunch boxes are designed for reheating pre-cooked food only. Do not use them to cook raw meat, heat liquids only, or leave them unattended during use. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of the product.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The HeatBox and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, The HeatBox's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
