Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products accurately. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our supported payment providers at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Store lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way.

Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to The HeatBox or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The HeatBox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our products are intended to reheat pre-cooked food and must be used in line with the included instructions.
