Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Delivery: We ship door-to-door to major urban areas across South Africa.

Rates: Flat R89 for orders under R500. Free delivery on orders over R500.

Delivery time: 8-11 business days to most major centres including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and Gqeberha. Remote areas can take 1-2 business days longer.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed at dispatch. Use it to follow your order from our warehouse to your door.

Delays: Couriers can run slower over peak periods like Black Friday and December. We will always dispatch on time on our side.
