Defective or damaged on arrival

Email theheatboxza@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We will arrange a replacement or refund and help with return instructions.

Changed your mind

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the unit is unused and in its original packaging, we can accept the return. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
